The theme for the 2014-15 Lions International Peace Poster Contest is “Peace, Love and Understanding.” Sponsor a contest in your community through a local school or youth group, and encourage children to express their thoughts on peace through art. To sponsor a contest, order a kit through Club Supplies (use the search term “Peace Poster Kit”).
The kit includes the following items to help you plan your contest:
- Official Club Contest Guide and Rules
- Official School or Youth Group Contest Guide and Rules
- Participant Flyer to duplicate and give to participating students to take home
- Sticker to place on back of winning poster
- Certificates for contest winner and school or youth group
Judging for the 2013-14 Peace Poster Contest takes place this month, so stay tuned for the announcement of this year’s winner!
